Job offer for a cleaner in Warsaw

I am looking for assistance with housekeeping for a 2-bedroom apartment in Warsaw. I live myself (with small dog) and need help with basic tasks such as cleaning and organising. Also I am looking for some other tasks help on regular basis: pet sitting, shopping, cooking and other small but regular tasks. Probably can accomodate altogether about 20 hours per week.
